Summer master classes with clara kim: TO SIGN UP, LOG ON TO OUR SCHEDULE AND PICK THE CLASSES YOU WOULD LIKE! IF YOU WANT MORE THAN ONE, WE RECOMMEND THE BUNDLE.

Beginner/Intermediate: 1pm-2:30 at Movement Made Beautiful on the following Sundays, June 14th, June 21st, July 5th, July 12th, July 19th, and July 26th. Cost $20 or buy all 6 for $100. (Credit Card Fees apply)

Description: This beginner/intermediate class is designed to create a supportive and encouraging environment where dancers can grow in both confidence and technique. The first half of class will focus on introducing improvisation and movement exploration, helping dancers build artistry, musicality, and freedom in their movement. The second half will center around learning and integrating choreography combinations that strengthen foundational technique, performance quality, and overall dance fundamentals. This class is intended to be both introductory and fun while encouraging dancers to step outside of their comfort zones and continue developing as artists.

*Please note: this class is targeted for dancers who receive <5 hours of training a week, are new to ideas of improvisation, looking to strengthen basic fundamental skills. 

Intermediate/Advanced: 2:45pm-4:15pm at Movement Made Beautiful on the following Sundays, June 14th, June 21st, July 5th, July 12th, July 19th, and July 26th. Cost $20 or buy all 6 for $100. (Credit Card Fees apply)

Description: This open intermediate/advanced class offers an energetic and inspiring space for dancers looking to further challenge their artistry and technical ability. The first half of class will focus on improvisation, movement research, and developing individual expression through guided exercises. The second half will feature either a contemporary or commercial choreography combination designed to push versatility, performance dynamics, and technical precision. This class is intended to be challenging yet emphasizes  growth, creativity, and confidence while maintaining an uplifting and enjoyable atmosphere for all dancers.

*Please note: this class is targeted for dancers who receive >5 hours of training a week, wanting to strengthen their skills in picking up fast choreography, wanting to introduce the professional realm of dance and dance choreography. 

Adult Classes (All Levels) must be over 18 years of age to attend: 4:30-6pm on the following Sundays, June 21st and July 19th. Cost $20 or buy all 6 for $100. (Credit Card Fees apply)

Description: Beginner/Intermediate Adult Dance Classes designed for dancers looking to build confidence, strength, and artistry in a supportive environment. Classes focus on introducing and implementing simple foundational technique, musicality, movement quality, and self-expression while encouraging growth at every level in an encouraging space. Classes will be more Jazz focused implementing music artists such as Michael Jackson, Michael Bublé, Frank Sinatra, Nina Simone, and more!! 

 

about clara kim

Clara Kim is a contemporary and commercial dancer whose work blends movement artistry with emotional storytelling. With conservatory and professional training in contemporary Hip Hop, Heels, Jazz Funk, improvisation, and many other styles she continues to explore authenticity through both performance and creative content. Clara trained as a Year 5 dancer at the CLI Conservatory and hopes to return to complete the Year 6 program following recovery from a recent injury. Clara has also travelled to assist well-known Hip Hop and Open Fusion Choreographer, Dylan Le (DylansMovin) where she obtained fundamental Hip Hop and Commercial training. 

Beyond performance, Clara has worked extensively in digital content creation and music promotion, collaborating on online campaigns for artists including Charli XCX, MGK, and other artists. She also directed and produced a conceptual music video for Seven Lions, further expanding her creative work into visual storytelling and artistic direction. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with music labels and creative teams including Atlantic Records, ATG Group, Ophelia Records, and more.

Her passion for dance extends beyond technique, focusing on connection, vulnerability, and artistic expression both onstage and online.
