Movement Made Beautiful is a dance fitness studio created by Abbi Pollyea dedicated to teaching beyond basic fitness. Our focus is on the technique and beauty of movement. Methods of movement we offer are Cardio Dance, Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and Sculpt. We welcome persons at all stages of their fitness journeys seeking to improve their health in a fun, accepting environment. Come move with us.
Movement Made Beautiful is founded in passion. The passion to dance free and full of joy, to be brave and try something new, to go outside your comfort zone and accomplish more than you ever dreamed. Dance is the beating heart of Movement Made Beautiful. Cardio Dance is our signature group fitness class. It is enough choreography to keep your interest piqued but repetitive enough to take your fitness to the next level. Set to contemporary pop and hip-hop music, with the occasional 80’s and 90’s throwback, this class will leave you sweaty with a smile. Movement Made Beautiful also creates custom dance choreography for any occasion that could be enhanced with dance. Wedding choreography, birthday parties, flash mobs, or even just a private lesson for no particular reason, we believe that everyone deserves a chance to dance. Dancers are among the strongest athletes in the world. The strength they exude is graceful, beautiful, and magical in a way that appears effortless. Movement Made Beautiful honors this in all the strength classes that are offered. Barre, Pilates, Yoga, and Sculpt classes will help create strong, lean, agile, and graceful bodies.
